Network at Work wont Identify...HALP

For some reason at home I can connect just fine wirelessly, Wired via Ethernet, Wired via Ethernet->TypeC(Even tho acer says it isnt supposed to)

 

However when I go into work the network wont Identify and it doesnt give me the option to change it to a private network when plugged in via Ethernet or TypeC. Wireless works fine but its the Guest WiFi network.

 

It worked at one point and suddenly just stopped.

 

I have done everything I could find/googled

 

Resetting adapters

Pinging fails with 100% packet loss

Tried Network Reset

Disabled Fast Startup

Updated Drivers/Uninstalled and Reinstalled

IP Configuration is set to Auto

Rebooted Modem, Router, Network Switches

 

Any help would be greatful!
