HELP! Asus POST code CC

So... I built a new desktop for a client, (I sold it...) but he wants to keep his old desktop. He doesn't care so much, he just needs a second computer, but after stealing it's ram, and replacing it with less, though faster ram, I keep running into boot code CC. He needs it back tomorrow, and MEM-OK only works once, then I have to do it again to boot a second time... HELP!
