True, so I guess in this situation I don't have a big option than switch over to ryzen and go from there, and this is not too expensive.

If I am posting in the wrong place then sorry, this section was the best option for my topic, and I need help.
Motherboard: ASRock H97 Pro4 LGA 1150
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 Haswell Quad-Core 3.2 GHz LGA 1150
RAM: HyperX FURY 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3
PSU: Rosewill Glacier Series 500W Modular Gaming Power Supply
OS: Windows 10 Pro
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 2.5 125GB SATA3
HDD: WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti DirectX 12 GTX 1050 Ti GAMING X 4G
My processor is running at full 100% load when playing Rainbow Six Siege same time for GPU at the highest 40% load, and I get around 100 to 50 fps depending on what's happening in the scene but at normal gameplay 70 fps with Full HD monitor and 60refresh rate,and High-quality textures and everything else low and medium or off fully because of fps loss. I found out that I am bottlenecking like 1 year later after buying this GPU and now realizes that I have never got a full power from my GPU and I am really upset about it. What CPU is not expensive and same time better for my setup that will work, I am not planning to replace motherboard right now so CPU upgrade is the only option right now for me. Ram for my setup is great and I love it.

Either the i7 4770 or i7 4790. The K variants will work as well, but your motherboard doesn't support overclocking.

Yup, rainbow 6 loves CPU cores/threads, an old i5 doesn't hold up that well

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?

I looked at what you sent me, and it looks that it will work but how sure can I be, too now that it will work and not bottleneck again. Is there a way to know.

Look up videos of people playing the game with your GPU and those CPUs and see what results they get.

I have researched and have found this https://www.game-debate.com/hardware/index.php?pid=2326&cpu=Core i5-6500 3.2GHz, so i7 4770 may work well, but the i5 that this recommends doesn't fit with my motherboard so I have to look for some similar processor but that fits my motherboard specs.

Check eBay for some used CPUs and see how much they will cost.

Keep in mind you can get a brand new Ryzen 2600 + AM4 motherboard + 16GB DDR4 for around $350 USD.

That's it... Except at $288 for just the CPU you'd be better off buying the new Ryzen 2600 system.

Haswell (4770/4790/etc) is a few years old now, so might not be worth it investing in an older platform if you can get equivalent or better performance from a new platform at a similar cost.

And I have found this ram, and I think this would be a better option than the one you got in the list https://pcpartpicker.com/product/PL2rxr/corsair-memory-cmk16gx4m2a2133c13, because of lower Cash Latency.

No. That's only 2133MHz memory. With Ryzen memory frequency is important for performance. Get 3000MHz or higher.
