Hey all, I recently downloaded a animated background program for my Windows 10 laptop.  I use this laptop for my college classes so I think lockdown browser might have disabled some of the features of this background and caused my computers desktop to not display any shortcuts or icons.  I deleted the animated background app and now my computer will still not display icons on the desktop.  This is circumvented through the folder on the taskbar to find the desktop folder.  I want my icons to show up on my desktop again.   How do I fix this.

I would reccomend opening CMD as an administrator, and using the following commands

sfc /scannow

Let it run to detect system errors and repair them if neccesary

Have you restarted since you uninstalled the wallpaper program? Also, what was the name of the program?
