Windows + OSX

I pulled out the hard drive of my macbook so that I can use it on my main computer without having to open up my laptop every time. I thought I could just connect the drive to my computer, but after realizing that I cannot due to drive formats (Windows has NTFS and cannot read whatever mac has) and so I'm asking how I can get windows to read it. I also tried to detatch all of my drives and boot up off of the mac drive, but my motherboard does not recognize the drive. Any help is appreciated.

Are there any free and reliable ways to do this? Paragon requires a license after 10 days.

Just run windows on both I would suggest, or use teamviewer or something. Macos can be really hard to run on non-apple hardware
