Formatting Windows but keeping games

I want to format one of my drives that has windows on it to a brand new state. I have another drive that holds all my games (from steam, blizzard etc.) If I format Windows, will I have to reinstall all my games or can I still keep them on that drive and play it on the fresh install?

You will keep everything on the non-OS drive so don't worry.

Though after you reinstalled Windows, you will have to tell Steam and all the other markets where your games are located.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.
