Can't Power On

So, I had just gotten a NZXT H700i. I have gone through some typical troubleshooting to get it to at least post. Though, I can't get it to power on. I feel like I've put the F_panel connector in the proper place, I've tried to short the pins to get it to power on but failed. I'm at a complete loss as to what I've done wrong.

Update: I'm a moron, I was using corsair Type 3 cables and a CPU cable instead of a EVGA one. It's fixed.

Hmmmmmmm could be an unconnected cable, or a misaligned connection.

Alright, I figured it out. I had Corsair cables installed instead of my EVGA ones. Got mixed up from a build I did for a family member.
