would a AMD YD1400BBAEBOX RYZEN 5 1400 Quad-Core 3.2 GHz (3.4 GHz Turbo) AM4 65W Desktop Processor work with these components msi gaming pro b350m,ripjaws 16gb,coolermaster 500w bronze 80 plus,gigabyte gtx 1060 plz let me know btw would it bottle neck?

It's a 1st generation Ryzen, so it will work with ANY socket AM4 motherboard, including the one you mention.

ripjaws is OK memory, you want high frequency memory for Ryzen processors (2667 Mhz or higher, preferably 2933/3000Mhz )

coolermaster psus are a bit crap but 500 is plenty ... the cpu itself will probaby not use more than 60-70w and your gtx 1060 won't use more than around 130w so overall your system won't use more than 250w

 

bottleneck ... ryzen 1400 is a 4 core processor, so in some very few modern games having only 4 cores may be a small bottleneck.  In general no, it's a great processor. It's no more of a bottleneck than Intel processors of similar price.
