Stutter when gaming, AMD GPU usage drop.

I have 

I7 4790 @3.8ghz 

RX580 8G @1470mhz

16GB DDR3 1600mhz 

Lg 29uc88 2560x1080@75 

 

I noticed while gaming that GPU utilization or usage is constantly droping or fluctuates al9ts while heavy gaming like in black ops 4 which is cuasing annoying micro stutter. 

 

Frames  are still within freesync range. I tried multiple drivers using DDU after each install.  Currently using version 10.5.1. 

 

The stutter even happen in small games like two point hospital but less annoying as its not fast paced! 

 

How can i resolve this? 

 

Note: first ever AMD GPU and definitely the last, you get what you pay for.

Are you monitoring your CPU?  Its a Quad Core in 2018 on a triple A title...likely causing the GPU stutters.

CPU is fine, usage is in the 50s, temps are fine also on thr gpu and cpu

Its overclocked from what I can tell in your specs, have you tried without the OC? EDIT - the GPU

Yes i did, i was reading that some folks had stuttering caused bt riva tuner which i use to cap frames!

I thought you had Freesync monitor?  Why not use the Radeon Software and enable Freesync on the games you play?  If you don't have a  Freesync monitor than option to use Vsync inside games options rather than Riva? (Ive never used Riva, so cant speak to it)

I have freesunc monitor and using it. I uninstalled riva tuner and the stutter is gone now. Seems like it was interfering with my gou or something.
