Rig wonky w/ multiple headsets... WHY?

My coworker's wireless headset is super unstable. Tested multiple headsets from different manufacturers, they're all choppy.

Drivers are up to date. The headsets are all razer, logitech or corsair. Where should I be looking? Fresh install of Windows seems over the top, but if that is what works...

What about wired as opposed to wireless? Any issues?
