seems you have an answer. 
We're not allowed to talk about illegal streaming sites, but since you already mention KA, there's plenty of alternatives now, look on the KA subreddit for it- at one point they tried ip banning anyone using an ad blocker, and people weren't having it. 
If you're looking for legit streaming, sometimes they localize the title if it's a phrase or sentence, so search the english title too.
