Basically I'm done with nvidia. The fact that they made it so I can't remove their telemetry without breaking geforce experience/shadowplay is rediculous, so i want out. I use Shadowplay religiously. the game DVR is amazing and i know AMD also has a game DVR but i need to know if they have one more option nvidia has.

 

does amd have the "game filter" feature built in like nvidia does with their alt f3 in game? the feature that allows me to change the brightness contrast sharpness of my games etc like nvidia has? if they have this feature i will switch. if they don't i will be hard pressed to switch because i refuse to use sweetfx/reshade for the specific game i'm referring.

This should help answer your question - you mean an Overlay during ingame I think?  Im Team Red so I don't know what Team Green has.

99% sure they do. To be compeitive you need to be on par and then offer things the other doesn't and this is a feature that seems easy to implement. I am in the same boat as you btw. Swapping to Ryzen2 but AMD GPUs are still just not there yet. I miss tuning and BIOS modding. Not Nvidia binning and locking down the chips

Just keeping this here as a Judging by what can happen when you dump another 120W into VEGA56 even if they used everything the same but refined it to use less power than a VEGA64 would be on par with a 2080 which really isn't bad if the price is right

Well with the VEGA56 mod all you had to do was change a registry which doesn't even require a BIOS flash or anything. But I agree it felt rushed
