Thunderbolt 3 on Thinkpad T480s(without MX150)

I'm planning to use a eGPU on the T480s and want to know how much pcie lanes come with it.

I'm asking for the iGPU model, the one without MX150.

I know for a fact that the model with MX150 only offers 2 pcie lanes thru tb3.

Wondering how many lanes does integrated GPU model offer.

There are people talking about it has 4 lanes since there will be no dPGU, others says Lenovo uses same thunderbolt controller for all T480s models, so iGPU model also has 2 lanes.

 

I'm not sure who is true, please post source of your answer. I am really confused.
