That is usually the sign of a vram failure on a graphics card. Check the display case first, but then you should RMA if you can't find anything

Hi, I've been playing Forza Horizon 4 for quite a while now, but suddenly white or black blocks appear on my screen, i have tested this on other games and they also do the same.

Could this be a problem with the graphics card, i have only owned it for 10 months now, it a GTX 1050

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Usually VRAM overclocked  that went too far, if the card is on stock then you might have a bad model and it's failing already.
