Corsair has a higher latency but a higher frequency.

G.Skill has a lower latency and a lower frequency.

With G.Skill we have 15 cycles at 2400MHZ which is about a 6.3 nanosecond latency. With Corsair the 17 cycles at 3000MHZ represent around a 5.7 nanosecond latency.

This makes Corsair the better choice for lower latency over the elapsed cycles.
