AMD ProRenderer

[SpriteTheMusicMan]

I am have been trying to install AMDs Prorender software for blender, and the installer keeps failing after clicking the activate button(which is suppose to bring up a browser page) or after manually getting and imputing the activation code. AMD's support system keeps going in circles. 

I have tried:

Updating windows

Redownloading the Program

Running Installer as Admin

Running Installer through Admin CMD

Updating GPU drivers

Installing Old Drivers

Installing Vega 64 Drivers

Clean Installing Drivers

Switching To Edge

running with both no gpus, one gpu and both gpus.

running with Older version of blender

Tried with Blender 2.8

 

System

I5-7500

Gigabyte H270(Uses Killer Ethernet)(Might be a cause, really dont know at this point)

32GB DDR4

2x Vega Frontier Edition

Samsung SSD(Primary)

Intel M.2(Secondary)

Generic HDD (Tertiary) 

 

Windows 10 Home

Google Chrome

Blender 2.79
