Quick RAM question

Which one would be better?

1.Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15
2.Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16

They cost same in the place I'm buying from, which one should I get? Is there a real difference between them

Other parts if they matter: gtx 1070ti, i5 8600k

I would get the CL15 kit, the 200MHz isn't much difference, but the CAS latency difference will be much more evident.
