So, i have a VS650, a old one like 2014/15 if im not mistaken, i would like to know if it is still good today, because i want to upgrade my PC and would like to know if it would keep up to new hardware

Well wattage wise you should be good, though the VS-series is kind of trashy so to guarantee the safety of your new components get a new psu and this time maybe from the cx-series.

Just choose PSU with at least 20% extra wattage over your system theoretical needs. As bare minimum. It is never a good idea to save money on PSU.

Worst PSU corsair makes based on the ancient group-regulated design so upgrading would be a nice idea
