Hello, I bought a new pc case: fd500 rgb 

And I have no clue when to connect this cable that called tkg.

It looks like a molex port? I don't know the actual name of the port though.

That's a molex connector. You'll have some female connectors from the PSU that it will plug into. It's likely power for a fan controller/LEDs or something.
