Can't access bios

Motherboard: Asus ROG B360-G

So i just updated from v0604 to 0904 and change some settings into the bios ( change my ram speed and timing to what i had them to, enable igpu and set default display to pcie and enable rc6 render standby)

ever time i boot my pc my monitor say " no input selected " flashes for a bit enters and leave standy mode. All was good 5 minutes a go..

I would try clearing the Cmos. Look in owner manual for the procedure.

Clearing the cmos simply, reset settings right?

From what i have read. Yes .  But I am not and expert
