need help with steam

I had a steam account which had 64 games.Now if I sign in with another steam account on the same pc will it have the  same games.
But my main problem is my Previous account was linked to a different gta v account, but it says I cant sign in with another, what can i do?

Do you want to play gta v on this new account or do you want to remove the games from your new steam account?

Log into your old steam account. If you make a ticket explaining how the account is yours, you should get it back.

You can't transfer games.

You can use family share but youll have to pay for gta v again since the rockstar account is linked to the second steam

You can’t without family sharing.

 

the game is only $15 usd on g2a ( just saying I don’t condone buying these keys) at the moment for keys through the rockstar installer not steam
