Sketchy ebay GPU

Hello, I am building a computer and hope to find the best deal possible for a second hand gtx 1070. It says the card is a 1070Ti but the image shows just a 1070. I am not very experienced at buying used hardware or building computers in general. IGame is some weird Chinese brand and it looks really sketchy, but its got the 1 month return policy.

Should I get it?

seller seems ok so buy it and if it's not the ti then return it

It's not a good deal as I saw. 800 for 1070ti. Meh

iGame used to be a "cheap" brand in my country, but these days it's getting better. The build quality is way better compare to gtx 600 series days.
