Try a different DVD drive or burn a new disc, sounds like a bad burn or a really slow drive to me.

Try making a bootable USB. All you need to do it mount the ISO of the Windows you want to install with a program like Deamon Tools Lite then using Win-to-flash to make it bootable. The process when you have all the files needed takes about10 to 15 minutes (Also depandant on the system you use). If you run into problems there are a few helpful videos on YouTube.

Intel i5 3570k @ 4.0GHz | Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H | Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 2GB OC GHz Edition | Corsair Vengence 8GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz

Thanks for the reply. I already have bootable USB. I made it manually, i use it fixing other PC so it should work

I had a similar issue a couple of years ago and it turn out the hard drive was dead. Is it always running quickly to the same point then stopping and not making any progress (even if you leave it for several hours). The best thing to do is send it back for an RMA or return to the place you bought it if you still can.
