No Post Everything Works Fine

Go to solution Solved by Pc Casual YF,

HDMI cable broken

Hello there, I just built my first computer and it had no signal on the screen even though everything was working, so I used the pinned post about no signal and after trying most things (some things I didn't have another PC or another GPU, CPU, or PC to work with). So any help?

Details:

I built a PC with all new components other than a refurbished motherboard and the I tried going into bios before I boot it with ubuntu and my GPU ( which was in a x16 pcie slot, where it is supposed to be) had not signal on the monitor but the fans did work. After that, I put it into the

x8 slot and then it worked and I booted ubuntu and everything worked other than l4d2 had like 1 fps on a 1060 6gb. After a few days I tried to boot it and now only the LEDs worked then I  removed and put back the power cables then the fans CPU and everything worked and NOW, I cannot boot the computer even though everything works.

Specs:

MB: Asus X470 Prime Pro

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

GPU: EVGA Superclocked 1060 6GB

PSU: EVGA 550w G3

RAM: 1x8 GB Ballistix Sport

Bad refurb? Who's the vendor?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Also just looked at the order and it turns out it was a warehouse deal and Amazon said they tested it.
