Hey guys, my friend is experiencing some weird problems with ram for some reason it's only running on 1000Mhz I told them to enable X.M.P profile and showed them how to do it yet it still doesn't work it just doesn't save it, so I'm kinda lost.

DDR = Double Data Rate

you multiply that 1000 by 2. It's actually running at ~2133.

What's the actual rated speed of the module?

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

3200MHz if that is so why is every other pc part running below average? Also I just made them do the test with their older ram https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/10406112 and everything is running better.

What specs

What do you mean below average

What motherboard?
Does the board actually support 3200mhz?

I'm at work and for some reason userbenchmark is blocked.

You'll probably have to turn off XMP, and manually set the speed, timing and voltage in the bios.

Left is a run with new ram they got (16gb kit), right is a run with older ram they had (8gb kit)
