Asus Upgrade Questions

I want to upgrade my old gaming rig I'm in the middle of a new build but just want to get a little more out of this one too its a Asus M4A88T-V EVO/USB3 its a AMD AM2+/AM3 Socket type I have a Phantom ii x4 945 I'm wounding if I could upgrade the cpu my GPU is a EVGA GTX750TI FTW but I'm also upgrading the ram as well any help would be greatly  appreciate it thank you in advance
