I need help. PC began crashing randomly.

As of lately I've been having a wierd problem where I'll be doing just anything on my PC and the screen just goes blank randomly showing the "no video input" text. The motherboard flashes a red light at the top and the system just restarts. IDK what could be causing the issue. Where should I begin? Been debating whether to just use this as an excuse to replace most of the core of my system anyway.

Is your card OC'ed?
