Boot Issue/I don't know what the heck happened

After my monitor stopped detecting my computer, (then it worked) and then my computer freaked out and gave me this message:

 

 

"WARNING! BIOS recovery mode has been detected,

Please put file "RX470IGM.CAP into HDD or removable USB media device, and then reset the computer. You can also insert ASUS support CD to your CD-ROM and reset your computer, if you have done these, Please wait a moment and don't shutdown system!!!

System will be automatically rebooted"

 

What do I do now?

Also, I just downloaded and renamed a CAP file to "RX470IGM.CAP" but I still don't know what to do. How would I reset the computer?

How can I avoid this problem in the future? What caused it?
