GT 1030 Error 43

Hello,so i recently got an error code 43 in device manager for my gpu. I tried ddu and reinstall three times,i tried older drivers,and nothing. The drivers start sometimes (rarely) but when i turn on the pc next time they arent loaded... It's like the drivers arent even installed?
