Hi cpu usage but no application is using it?

Hello, im using a g4560 16gb ram and gtx 1050ti 
my cpu is using about 70-99% of its power but im not even using a cpu intensive application.
as you can see it here

any advice what to do ?

Open the ressourcemonitor and go to the CPU tab and take a look. Maybe it will give more info. Taskmanager doesn't show everything.
