Cleaning PC *THOROUGHLY*

Okay so I have an Asrock x58 extreme 3 and a xfx r9 270x. I'm planning to wall mount my PC so presentation and beauty are the first priority. They're covered in moderate dust rn and I want to clean the shit out of them and make them look brand new.

Compressed air isn't an option since

1) it won't make it look absolutely brand new

2) one can costs about 20 USD here

I could use other blowers but then again they wouldn't make it look brand new. Now I saw a couple of cleaning videos by TechYesCity and he uses brake cleaner and wd40 for this shit and damn does it work. Should I do that too? I read that it isn't the best idea so any other solvents? Isopropyl alcohol bottles aren't widely available here (but they're arrange-able) so I use alcohol swabs for cleaning stuff like thermal pastes atm. Keeping that in mind, please help!

Isopropyl is your best bet. Chemist usually stock it aswell as electronics stores. I've bathed entire boards in IPA before.

old toothbrush and wd40 will do the job

does it give that shine? that's what I'm after rn. Assuming I do get my hands on bottle of IPA, should I rub it with a cloth on the MB, pour it on the MB or just dunk it in a bath? what's best lookwise

2 steps-

1- remove obvdust - toothbrush is best tool come in handy for gently brush dust away from gaps.

2- make it shine again - WD40 (TechYesCity way)

if you want metal on i/o become shiny , you will need to so some sanding

They use brake cleaner?? Damn. From the way that blasts grime off of engines, I wouldn't let it anywhere near my PC components. interesting!
