Hello guys! i dont know if i right to post here but anyways, im just gonna ask that i have a high quality video that has 60fps and its MOV file, i want to convert it to HEVC mp4 with the same 60fps, is there any video converter that has kind of features? i cant find any on google please help me, thanks guys!

Handbrake would probably work for that, and you can also do video compression if you want.
