Keyboard stops working windows 10

hello my keyboard just stops working when im playing games, ive tried multiple keyboards in every usb hub and it keeps happening. it only happened in black ops 4 but then started in destiny 2 now in almost any game i play my keyboard will shut off midgame but my mouse will still work. anyone know what will cause this issue?

check your motherboards usb 3.0 or 2.0 connection

or if ur using a hub connect keyboard directly and see if it works

I agree ,could be a bad connector.

its connected straight into the computer

its just the keyboard and ive tried multiple keyboards and every usb port. brand new keyboard too.

my mouse will still work but the keyboard stops working. when i was using a ps2 port adapter it would work but this keyboard wont work with the ps2 adapter

Could be bad drivers. Try updating the drivers or removing them, in --> Device Manager <-- > Keyboard <-- . and rebooting.

 

I am not sure if this will work !

i removed the drivers and it reinstalled all of them

ok.

 

This is just a suggestion as last effort. Do a new clean install of windows.

 

PS : You don't have and On / Off switch on your keyboard ?

no theres no on off switch its happened with 3 different keyboards moving all 3 of those keyboards to a different usb every time it happned

youre usb jack is messed i think try connecting to a different one
