Do I need Phantom Power? Or I can just put that in motherboard? Pls Help

That will need 48v phantom power. a USB XLR adapter (like the Blue Icicle) or a USB mixer would do the trick. 

Honestly though, I would recommend getting a USB mic instead of this and a USB mixer. Something like the Audio Technica ATR2500:

Looking at this exact same mic package with the phantom power adapter. 

 

@Brink2Three For the USB mic you suggested, is it really worth the difference in price? Just curious as I'm looking for something good but not crazy expensive.

I have a list somewhere of price brackets and what microphones I recommend at each price.

Here's the list in cheapest to most expensive: 

 

AntLion ModMic 4 (or 5, which ever you can find) or an ATR 2500USB. 

Audio Technica AT 2020 USB, or  SM58/SM57 (depending on voice) 

Rode Podcaster or NT1-A 

Sennheiser MD 421 or AT 4040 or NT2-A

Shure SM7B or Electro-voice RE-20 

This is by memory so the pricing may not be perfectly matched and it also should be noted that everything above the AT2020 USB will need an audio interface or mixer.

Thanks. What are your thoughts on the Neewer NW-700? From the reviews it seems quite good for the price (and it's much closer to my price range).
