Okay so, I'm in the midst of testing my new build which I'll have the parts listed below. This is y second build and ave done A LOT of research into compatible parts and assembling in general.

I decided to throw my mobo, cpu, ram, and my older 750ti together to try and get a post to bios simply to ensure everything works flawlessly and what not.

PARTS:

Ryzen 5 2600, ASUS ROG x470-F motherboard, G.SKILL RGB 2x8GB 3200 ram, evga 750 G3 gold power supply, currently rocking the evga 750ti but will swap to a 1070 founder's edition once it arrives.

THE PROBLEM:

The boards inboard status LED's flash red/amber upon start but quickly change to green (supposedly this means a successful boot) but I see no signal through the mobo's HDMI or through the gpu's HDMI. Then, somewhat randomly, the power supply will make an audible switching noise and shut down. I have tried to give the power supply a dedicated outlet in case it was trying to draw more juice but wasn't receiving enough but this didn't work.

Can someone help me diagnose the issue at hand? The fact that the motherboard "boots" but no signal is sent to the monitor is concerning but the power supplies abrupt power off is also equally more troublesome!

Thank you!

***NOTE*** IT POSTED TO BIOS, however the cpu is reaching temps of ~90C. Is that normal w/ no cooler on it?? Will throw a master cooler 212 on it after it cools down

No, sounds like it's not booting to me... check all the connections and try again. Also, if possible check the HDMI cable actually works (and monitor). If you post some pics we can give a quick visual check to see if something looks out of place.
