Temps - M.2 below GPU

Not enough to matter. While electronics get to temperatures that would be uncomfortable for the human body, an SSD isn't going to be damaged from being 80C.

Well if the GPU is above the M.2, it would be pulling air up across the M.2 into the GPU... so wouldn't it have a positive impact on heat?
