which gpu should I choose???

Power will limit what cards can be suggested, as your CPU under-load consumes quite a bit on stock clocks.

If you can afford it, go with a rx580 and a 600w psu, for more overhead. a gtx 1060 6gb is also a very good option depending on your budget.

depending on your budget, either a rx 570 8gb or an rx 580 8gb
