Combine Beyerdynamic DT 1770 Pro with Audioengine D1

Hello guys,

 

I'm not that experienced in the audio department so I've got a question:

I'm going to buy new headphones (after 6 years of usage my Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro stopped working), I already have an Audioengine D1.

 

Are there any problems if I want to combine the Beyerdynamic DT 1770 Pro with the Audioengine D1? I've noticed the thing has like a 250 ohm impedance.
