bass problems on the void pro USB

Hello,

Ever since yesterday, I have noticed some issues where I have tinny/bassless audio and I can't seem to fix this issue. This problem just appeared from one day to the other and it only happens on discord and some games when I listen to Spotify or youtube the sound is perfect and no problems at all. I have added a video showing the problem but I believe that due to it being from the headset the problem only me will be able to hear it this way. Is there anyone who could help me cause this really annoys me when playing games...
