Desk Setup Theme Color

So I am about to buy parts to build a new pc/desk setup and I was wondering on what color other people think it should be. I want to go for a space themed setup that can chance colors through the use of RGB lights (ex. red space theme to blue/purple space theme something like that) and was thinking white for like the main color with RGB stuff around it. What do y'all think, is that a good choice or should I go black? I am mostly trying to decide what color NZXT s340 elite case I should get.

Yeah keep the main white, it's more of a neutral base colour than any others (besides black).

 

From there you can always change others to red or blue, or whatever colour you want.

 

But that's just my opinion.

You should probably go with black since it really fits with the "space" theme.

Blue light is bad for your vision, particularly your dark adapted scotopic and mesopic vision so id go warm. Actual cockpits in high performance aerospace vehicles, they tend to be red or orange illumunated, sometimes warm white.

 

You will never see blue or cool colour temperature illumination in any competently designed vehicle.

 

As for the desk itself, matte aluminum or brushed metal would be pretty futuristic.
