exhaust- nf p-12 1700rpm (Redux) Link

intake - 2 Dynamic X2 GP-12 Link

The intake fans don't move air so i feel my cpu cooler and gpu maybe be suffocated.

i'm happy to replace all of them :D, i plan to switch a nh-u12s if that matters.

£20 each fan if possible, i most want silence and air flow as they'll be case fans.

Not all fans are loud when moving lots of air.

yeah I'm sure a ceiling fan on 30 volts is super quiet.

Unless you plan on cutting a larger hole in the case you will hit a threshold of the amount of air you can movie without making noise

How are you determining that they're not moving air? Are your temps too high?

The gap between cpu and gpu and the front lacks air flow, atleast to the touch of my hands

Your hands are not a good tool for measuring airflow. Look at your temps instead.
