good Mic for UNDER $50?

hey, my pc build ended up being too much (it’s doable, but a bit over my budget)

 

now. on my list i had a blue yeti i found for $50 on wish (jk, ebay)

 

are there ree any quality mics (with a stand) that has one directional recording (will only record my voice) for under $50? please nothing over, i already have a pro grade mic if i spend $50

Before I decided to get into voice-overs and more advanced equipment I used a bundle from Neewer [NW-700] that came with phantom power, desk arm / stand, the puffy thingy that goes on the mic [irdk the name], shock mount and a pop filter, it sounded great and lasted me for a long time, its like 35 dollars for the bundle, check out reviews on YT. I recommend this video below.

so the $40 with the boom arm, pop filter, and USB is worth it?

 

is the USB how it is powered? or do i need to buy a whole new cord for it?

Yeah, it's a USB powered mic, all you need will come with it.

Sadly not, it's controlled by your audio interface on the PC [Realtek, etc.]

It really doesnt need much touching out of the box, though.

for you.. what is the ideal distance from it? a foot? 

 

and according to the reviews, some say you need to install drivers, some say you don’t.. did you?

i assume it does.. but i’m just wondering (most usb mics work on anything with a USB port
