Problem with CPU swap on Supermicro X8DTE-F

I got old Supermicro X8DTE-F motherboard and trying to setup double Xeons on it. It works fine with L5520 Xeon and PCIe GPU (Nvidia 1050Ti). When I try to use one or two X5675 or E5645 Xeons it doesn't boot. BMC Heartbeat LED blinks so that's working but I can't get any image via on-board VGA nor PCie GPU. No BIOS, no OS. Doubt all those CPUs are bad so I suspect some compatibility issue maybe? BIOS version to old? 5600 series of Xeons is listed as supported.
