are they all tier 3  all of them ? can i trust thermatake ?
and a case under 4000 inr pls help :P

Just get any case that has mesh with airflow, the case you've picked is a hot box.

and if the 1050ti is drastically cheaper consider just living with that potentially.

look for the Masterbox 5 Black, or Fractal Focus G

the cheaper PSU is probably fine.

Get an ASrock Pro 4 or MSI Tomahawk motherboard at minimum. they have VRM heatsinks on both VRMs.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

not planning to overclock asrock support till 2666 is available and tomhawk is way too expensive
but 1060 runs games at 1920x1080p at 60 fps

The heatsinks are more for peace of mind and the board's longevity, but it doesn't look like you really have any options when it comes to motherboard on the part picker at least.

and forget the 1060, there's a way cheaper RX 580 which is comparable in performance.
