So here is my problem. As the title says I have a consistent problem with daily (usually 2-3 times) Wifi Disconnects, upon going into Network and Sharing Center I always see "Identifying" with "No Internet Access" below. When I run Windows Network Diagnostic I frequently get the "Wifi does not have a valid IP address" error message.

I am running Win 8.1 with the Microsoft Installed Drivers, (Qualcomm Atheros  AR938x Wireless to be precise). I have a TP-Link 300Mbs wireless card in my rig currently I dont know the exact model but it looks to be this one with an extra antennae http://www.tp-link.com/ca/products/details/?categoryid=240&model=TL-WN881ND, I have tried running the TP-Link Drivers over the Qualcomm ones with the same result.

This is the current router I have http://www.tp-link.com/ca/products/details/?categoryid=238&model=TL-WR841N

At this time a wired solution is NOT a viable solution for my current setup.

At first I believed this to be an isolated problem on my computer but i have encountered the same problem with my laptop on Win 8. So im starting to consider replacing the router however networking is a foreign language to me so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

if u are using 2.4 ghz network check your cordless phones to see if there 2.4. are u using microwave oven rc cars or have any other devices runi g off 2.4 ghz band. try changing frequency in router from 2.4 to something like 2.43 or 2.44 if your router has that setting. i had a customer with same issue a few yrs back and there 2.4 ghz phone was riding on same frequency as the router. as soon as i changed channel on router it was fixed. if your comfortable enough take your router and laptop to a friends or family members house to eliminate enviromental issues. if it works with out issues there than something in or around your house is interfering with it

try going into your router and using a different channel. Sometimes that may help.
