Hey everybody!

I´m having a serious issue with my new pcie usb ports

I bought from Inatek a 5 usb 3.0 card to connect to my pcie express

as I didn´t have anything to stick in there and I was in need of some more usb ports

I complained with the seller that it wasn´t working he sent me a new one

and the same thing is still happening

I can´t make it work

I would like some suggestion on how to make it work

because I don´t think that the seller has sent me a defective item twice in a roll

I think that install the thing should be very straightforward. You connect the card into the PCIe lane, connect the molex cable ( i guess that is the name, cable that is on the second picture) to get energy from the power supply and also to connect into the SATA port and the windows should recognize it automatically.

but I can´t even install the software that came with the cd with the hardware and I also couldn´t install when downloading it directly from the manufacturer and even downloaded from different homepages

just in case the error could be there

but now I´m without things to think of

how could I fix the problem?
