preformance dip ;(

hye guys first of all i have a ryzen 7 2700x and a 1070 ti + 16 gb of ram

 

I play citysskylines and i dont know what is dipping the preformence.
Problem my city is now +- 90 k cityzen but i can only play on 1speed and whit somme studering. but my 1070 is +- 70 usage +12 gb of ram and only 49% on cpu.

so my question what gives shouldent it running better?
