Razer Surround is mostly for headphones, but it works and has good EQ.

Yeah, no.

OP-  Try looking at True-Fi depending on your headphones you have. They have a free trial aswell. The only downside is you can't change the preset other than how much bass is boosted.

Would you consider an analog device like a Schiit Loki Mini? It’s small (so modest shipping costs), built like a tank, changes 4 specific frequency ranges, and made in the USA.

How much does it cost?? Getting any audio products in India is a little more expensive and I haven't seen Schiit products anywhere.

They’re only online sales. It’s a novel business model. Over-engineered... irreverent brand. They have opttimized their ability to ship worldwide. Here in ??, we have 115V, 5-10A A/C power... I think you follow the British model, right? If you chose them, just be sure to select the appropriate electrical connection. $150 USD. http://www.schiit.com/products/loki

Indeed, you get punished with shipping costs, taxes, tarrifs,... that’s uncool.

I can't find the Mini only the plain Loki for 250$. With 100$ headphones 150$ equalizer is a little unbalanced so I guess I will just upgrade my headphones first.

I believe we have 240V AC don't know how much current though its 5A or 15A but you can get higher for HVACs and stuff.

Just out of interest, what do you find too complicated in EqualiserAPO? It's pretty straight forward...

I don't know much about Audio but I got a GUI(Peace) and messed around a bit and it makes sense now... well, mostly.
