Question about Newegg returns.

I need to replace my Windforce r9 290 with a different card because they are apparently faulty. There is an MSI Gaming R9 290 TFIV and its the same price on newegg. Am I able to swap them through the website. Or would I have to refund then buy it? The TFIV is also out of stock. How long untill they usually come ba k in?

Also you'll most likely have to go through Gigabyte instead but I kind of doubt they will warranty it unless it actually has the issue.
