Should be good enough for almost half an hour at medium load to be honest. 

Depends on your overclocks though. Those can cause a lot more power draw then normal. 

Even at max load from your system, you should get at LEAST 10 minutes. so yes that should be enough time to shut it down properly.

Should be fine to keep system running long enough for a proper shut down.
